What is the minimum age? +
You must be 18 years or older to use Heart2.eu. We take age verification seriously and will remove any accounts found to belong to minors.
Is Heart2.eu available in my country? +
Heart2.eu is available worldwide. We have members in 100+ countries across all continents. The platform is available in 12 languages.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime? +
Yes, cancel anytime from Settings → Subscription. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
Is there a refund policy? +

What should I do if someone harasses me? +
Block the user immediately using the Block button on their profile, then report them using the Report button. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
How is my data protected? +

Can I control who sees my profile? +
Premium members can use Incognito mode to browse without appearing in others' "Who viewed me" lists. You can also block specific users.

Our AI analyzes interests, relationship goals, languages, age preferences, and personality test results to calculate a compatibility percentage between you and other members.
What is the Personality Test? +
A 15-question test that reveals your personality dimensions. It helps our algorithm find truly compatible matches. You earn 20 Heart Points for completing it!
What are Heart Points? +
Heart Points are our reward system. You earn points for being active, verified, and helpful. Points unlock premium features for free and show your commitment to genuine connections.
How do I get more matches? +
Complete your profile fully, add multiple photos, take the personality test, verify your profile, and be active daily. Active and complete profiles get significantly more matches.
⚙ Account & Technical
How do I delete my account? +
Go to Settings → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days as required by GDPR. This action cannot be undone.
I forgot my password — what do I do? +
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send a reset link valid for 1 hour.
How do I install the Heart2.eu app? +
Heart2.eu is a Progressive Web App (PWA). On mobile, you'll see an "Install App" prompt in your browser. Tap it to add Heart2.eu to your home screen — no app store needed!
The site is slow — what can I do? +
